This recent project was done in northern New Jersey by Mediterranean Tile’s designer, Jacqui Natoli. This house stands at approximately 2,900 square feet where the owners live with their two kids. Having been neglected for over 25 years made it uninhabitable when purchased. The entire house was gutted and the 4 upstairs bedrooms were converted into 3 rooms therefore creating larger bedrooms and baths. The main level consisting of the kitchen, dining area, and living room were opened up to create one larger space. The walls were brought down to the studs and it was pretty much rebuilt entirely. Overall, the objective of the project was to create an open floor plan with a spacious flow which was successfully done by the Natolis.
